Buckeye Nation... MGA Nation... We've arrived!!  The Columbus Ohio chapter is up and running.

A quick background on how the Columbus chapter came about:

Toward the end of 2011, medio Eric Pierce first brought the MGA to my attention after hearing about it in a podcast. We sent the web link to a small group of friends. After laughing through the articles and event descriptions, we realized that there wasn't a Columbus chapter, and that we could start one if we wanted to. The group of us discussed starting a chapter, and I contacted El Presidente to get more information. The rest is history.

So here we are, on a public stage, ready to show the world just how kinda alright we are at this game.

If you are up for a little friendly competition and having lots of fun, and live around the central Ohio area, join our chapter! We hope to see you on the links!

2012 Columbus MGA Schedule

The schedule for our inaugural season is set... tentatively.  All dates and times are subject to change, and locations are still being worked out, so be sure to check back often for the up-to-date information about the events.

Welcome to the MGA but clearly we are going have to establish which Ohio chapter is the most mediocre. I am thinking a September match so that the winner has full bragging rights in time for the World Championship.

I like the idea of the Buckeye Cup. We'll have to work out the details, but I'm sure we can make it work!
