CVMGA - Douche Bag Invitational is a 3-Peat for Rob Hall

 Being in the first grouping Master Hall came out swining and really the group did not think he could win with the first two holes equaling 13, yet the come back was awesome and the putting perky. The rest of the group consisted of Jeff Rickert , Christine Hardison, and Bert Michitsch. Hardison brought her A game and kept her score at 105. Her drives just keep gettting better with ever hole she plays. Rickert kept in the game with a score of 98. The man could not lose a ball, even in the bush, Rickert came out with ease and mirdied a couple of holes. Rickert did well and recieved another "M" for his skills.

Michitsch kept in his form of hitting into sand, trees, and tall grass. With the biggest meltdown in his career, he finally won something at a CVMGA event.

The group of Peter, Paul, and Larry...and Juan. (again let's say it Peter, Paul and Larry... featuring Juan). Juan's douchey half-zip, half-buttoned, self-stitched shirt affected the entire group, but not his golf game as he had the best overall score and finished in second behind douche bag King Rob. Juan kept missing short putts, so he use his 9-ball putter on a few occasions , which in hind sight really did not help his game at all. He 3 putted the two par 5s, that he hit in two.

Paul was closest to the pin (again), but wasn't himself on the course losing many balls in the thick brush. One of his chips bounced off the side of the cart path back to where he stood.

Newcomer Peter claims to have only started playing for a few months, but mirdied the first 4 holes (yeah, he's a douche bag ringer).

Larry shot his best round on the tour with a 91, good enough for 3rd place.

All in all, it was a great day for golf and the long round gave us an excuse to purchase multiple beers and relax in the Adirondack chairs.
