**UPDATE** FANTASY LEAGUE: April 4th is International Lock Your Fantasy Team day

*UPDATE* Well, we tried to lock our fantasy team this morning to no avail. With the web developer out of town, we're all just going to have to wait until Monday to try and get this fixed. Sorry about that; check back soon. 

With the preview month now over, we will re-introduce the “lock team” button on your fantasy team pages on April 4^th. We suggest you login, do your research and pick your players that day. But before you do, here are some important facts about the MGA fantasy league.

No Rebel Beach Am-Am points will count towards your fantasy team total. Since some chapters are still waiting for their courses to thaw out and we don’t want anyone to gain an unfair advantage, the Am-Am will not count.

You will only score points for your players once your team is locked in. This is why we suggest you lock in your team April 4^th. That way you stand no chance of missing any points scored by your players.

Only players returning from 2011 are eligible to be picked. That’s how the research zone was set up and it’s the same for everyone, so you’re picking from that lot of players. You’d be crazy to pick a new medio anyways without knowing how they perform under the kinda-intense pressure of MGA tournament play!

The Who's Kinda Hot List is fantasy points. Specifically it shows the number of fantasy points scored in the last 60 days. So if you want to see how your guys are doing so far this year, take a look at that list on the Global Money List page and see where they fall.

So remind your friends to lock their teams on Wednesday. Or don’t and you’ll stand a better chance of winning the grand prize of a free 2-year Top Medio Membership!

Lastly, both the MGA web developer and myself are out of town on the 4^th. The launch should automatically take place and work flawlessly. But on the off chance it doesn’t, don’t freak out. If it’s not working for you, it’s probably not working for anyone. We’ll get it fixed and make sure everyone gets the points that are coming to them.
