Friday November 11^th

9:30 am      17 person early bus leaves Palace Station for golf course. 

10:00 am    Legacy 55 person bus leaves Palace Station for golf course.

11:00 am    Practice rounds/LO-IQ/Medio Cup begin. Shotgun start.

4:00 pm      Legacy bus leaves golf course for Palace Station.

7:30 pm      Showtime Tours bus leaves Palace Station for Meet and Greet (two trips)

10:00 pm    Showtime Tours bus leaves Meet and Greet for Palace Station (two trips)

11:00 pm    Thunderfist featuring SLCMGA member Mike Mayo rocks The Doubledown.

Saturday November 12^th

8:30 am      17 person early bus leaves Palace Station for golf course.

9:00 am      Legacy 55 person bus leaves Palace Station for golf course.

10:00 am    MGA World Championship begins. Shotgun start.

3:00 pm      Awards ceremony begins at golf course bar area.

4:00 pm      Legacy bus leave golf course for Palace Station.

6:00 pm      Unorganized party madness begins on the strip.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Jacks’ Irish Pub will be the MGA’s go-to drinking location at the hotel. We encourage everyone to hang out there and to wear your MGA 1-inch buttons (you’ll receive these when you check-in at the hotel, hopefully) so other MGAers can recognize you.

SHUTTLES 

Airport shuttle :                The Palace Station provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Pickup point :                  Level zero between stalls 21 and 23.

Airport pickup times :        6:30 am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm, 9pm, 10:30pm, 12am

MGA shuttle buses to the golf course and meet and greet will all leave from and return to the Palace Station Hotel.

Meet and Greet Location

It’s a private house. So even if you have a car, you need to drive to the Palace Station, park and take the MGA shuttle listed on the schedule.
