Welcome to the all-new MGAtour.com!

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – We would like to officially welcome everyone to the all-new MGAtour.com! We encourage you to poke around the site and check out the new look and feel of everything.

For now we are only allowing Chapter Leaders to log in because they’re a special bunch of dudes. They will help us troubleshoot the site and make sure it is working right for the members (also kinda special). We’ll allow everyone else to register in two weeks when we’re sure everything is functioning perfectly.

Chris Powell built this site from the ground up during an epic project that started in May of last year. He incorporated loads of automation into the site to guarantee the accuracy of handicaps, event results and basic rule following (we dare you to try and enter an event without the required 5 scores in your handicap).

The site is designed to be able to grow with the MGA and makes it very easy for us to add new chapters and members. While we expect a few teething pains the next month or so, we couldn’t be happier with the site and can’t wait to see it filled with schedules, members and results.

It highlights some new features of the site and is set to a soul stirring original track recorded in 2007 by three of the MGA's founding members in their living room. At the time the song was recorded, those three founding members represented 50% of the entire MGA. We credit most of our growth to this song and its inspirational lyrics.
