We want to make sure you're not going to start a chapter and then drop dead the next year.
We want your address so we can send you some detailed info as soon as we receive your chapter request.
For instance letting us know you're a fan of any of the following shows will go a long way towards your approval as a chapter leader. (Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, South Park, Tosh.0, Family Guy) We're also interested in any strange tattoos you might have and what your girlfriend looks like.
