Driftmyer wins Blue Jacket

39 medios made the trip to Wickenburg to play Los Caballeros on a cold, windy day in the desert.Jordan Driftmyer shot a 94 to hold off Jim Cozzolino by one stroke to win his first tournament and the coveted Blue Jacket. Only six medios were able to crack 100 while the rest of us were drinking beer and trying to stay warm. Erik Angelo shot an impressive 87 to win the gross award. Most Mediocre was David "coop" Cooper, Carl Moore had a 15 stroke meltdown, Kinda Long Drive winner was Chris Crosby because he was the only one to hit the fairway, Kinda Close to the Pin winner was Jeff Herron, Dallas Cypher won the $25 Farmers insurance John Daly Long Drive, and the winner of the Red key was Brian Vacha shooting a 142. We always have a great time in Wickenburg hopefully next time it wont be so cold windy. Until then...
