With a Small Field the MGA Championship is in the Books

Small field of 6, hot weather, and high winds

Only 6 medios in this battle for the MGA Championship. Had to be the quickest stress-free tournament to date. Weather was great, we had some high winds which caused balls to go long and short on many occasions. TJ G. decided to grace us with his presence again, and had a good overall round but still ended up with the Key to the Red Tee for our next event. Let’s make note that he started off not so hot and did not have his normal putter. He was putting with something that came out in circa 1920ish.

We go from one TJ to another. Who with Steve swept the rest of the awards. TJ secured himself the 4th spot along with Longest drive, Most Mediocre, and the melt down award!

Our guest Jim came to play, he shot a 90 and would have secured himself the 2nd spot if he were to join. He still got to take home a check in the amount of $0000.000 and a shout out from me in this article. Look forward to seeing him in the future, has a great chance at being a winner in the future.

Finally, our Winner Steve, shot himself a gross of 82, and won with a net 87! Steve also secured himself the gross award and closest to the pin, mind you I believe Steve was the only one to hit the green on this CTP challenge. Nothing more mediocre then that!!
